1. Scope of the service

ClearVM Advisory provides advisory analysis of RVTools export files (.xlsx) that you generate yourself in your own VMware vSphere environment. We do not access your infrastructure directly and do not install, resell or distribute RVTools software.

2. No affiliation

We are an independent third party. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robware, Broadcom, VMware, or any related trademark holder. References to "RVTools" describe the file format we analyse, nothing more.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Our findings are advisory recommendations based on the data present in the export you provide. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will resolve every operational issue, and we are not responsible for changes made in your environment by your own staff.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorised to share the export you send us and that it does not contain data you are not permitted to disclose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any change before applying it to production systems.

5. Booking and cancellation

Free reviews can be rescheduled at any time at no cost. Paid deep reviews can be cancelled up to 24 hours before a scheduled call for a full refund of the call portion; report preparation already completed is non-refundable.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the engagement concerned. We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from actions taken in your own systems based on our recommendations.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that engagement.
