ClearVM Advisory is an independent consultancy reviewing RVTools export files for VMware vSphere administrators. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

• The email address and message you submit through our contact form.
• The RVTools export file (.xlsx) you voluntarily share with us during a review, if any.
• Basic, aggregated site-usage data via privacy-respecting analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles).

Why we collect it

Solely to schedule and deliver the review you requested, and to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell personal data and we do not use export contents for any purpose beyond producing your report.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies necessary for the site to function (such as remembering your cookie-consent choice). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Retention

Uploaded export files are deleted within 30 days of delivering your report unless you ask us in writing to retain them for a recurring engagement. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to support the relationship.

Data location and security

Files are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We do not share export contents with third parties.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase the personal data we hold about you, including requesting immediate deletion of an uploaded export. Write to us and we will action verified requests within 30 days.
